Toth and Associates, Inc. was incorporated in December 2003 with the mission of providing engineering services to the electric utility industry through customization of services.

The company offers design services in all the major electric utility areas including distribution, transmission, generation, and substation; plus planning services, contract preparation, construction review, staking and field services, rate analysis and cost of services studies, mapping, environmental studies as well as other miscellaneous services as called for.
